This website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work. We do not use any analytics, tracking or marketing cookies.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make the website work properly, for example to keep you logged in or to remember your language preference. Besides cookies, similar techniques exist such as local storage (localStorage) in your browser.

3. Why no cookie banner, but a question about session recording?

Under Belgian law (Article 129 of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications, the Belgian implementation of the ePrivacy Directive), no prior consent is required for cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you have requested. Because we only use such functional cookies — and no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies — we do not show a consent banner.

For website statistics we use Rybbit, which runs on our own server and sets no cookies. We only start anonymous session recording (how you use the site, without what you type into forms and never in the customer panel) after you have explicitly agreed. You can change that choice at any time via “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page.

If we ever want to use cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

4. Managing or deleting cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that the website may no longer work fully: without the session cookie you cannot log in to the customer panel, for example. Consult your browser’s help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) for the exact steps.
